We want you to love your PurePlay products! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please contact us at Info@getpureplay.io with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
3. Exchanges
If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the damaged product.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Info@getpureplay.io.
5. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items and promotional bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
